- Rebook the same day or the next day: 5% off your next visit. That's a promise.
- Loyal clients: from your third visit I may offer my Loyal Client rate, up to 15% off, and up to 20% together with rebooking. It's my thank-you, decided in the salon.
Online payments are always the full price. Any discount is taken off in the salon.
Loyal prices are a thank-you, decided in the salon. Discounted prices are rounded to the nearest £10.
The salon adds £15 for appointments starting before 10:00, finishing after 18:00, or on Sundays. It is never discounted.

Will someone else do my hair?
No. I work alone: the person you book is the person who does your hair. When I’m running behind, an assistant may do your shampoo. Every other step is me.
What if I booked the wrong treatment?
No problem. I check your hair in the chair before I start. If it needs a different treatment, I do that one and you pay for what I actually did. If you paid more than it costs, I refund the difference; if it costs more, you pay the difference on the day.
