Trans, non-binary, gay, lesbian, bi, straight, or you'd rather not say: you're welcome in my chair. You'll be treated with respect, called what you want to be called, and get the same honest read of your hair as everyone else.
What you can expect
- I use the name and pronouns you give me. There's an optional box for them when you book.
- Nobody asks about your gender, your body or your plans.
- Book whichever service matches the hair you want.
- If I get something wrong, tell me. I'll fix it without a fuss.

Online consultation, £9.95: a short questionnaire and six photos from home so I can prepare, then I call you back within 72 hours, usually the same day.
In person, £74.95, on Maddox Street. The fee doesn't come off a treatment.

Do I have to tell you I'm trans or non-binary?
No. Tell me what matters for your hair: past treatments, colour, anything you think is changing it. The rest is yours.
