What a Korean perm costs in London
The short answer
At my salon a heat permUP (Wavement Hot) is £389.95 to £659.95, set by length. Across London, prices vary with the length and thickness of the hair, the time it takes, and whether the hair needs correcting first.

Wavement Hot, the heat permUP I do now, is £389.95 to £659.95, by length. You get your exact figure from the price finder, or after a consultation if your hair has history.
What changes the price anywhere
- Length. More hair on the rods, more time, more product.
- Thickness. A thick head can take twice as long as a fine one.
- The hair’s history. Bleach, previous permsUP or straightening may need a strand test or a gentler approach.
- Correction. Fixing a perm that went wrong is quoted separately.
Cheap perms
A heat permUP takes hours and needs the right machine and training. A price that looks too low usually means less time, less care, or a cold perm sold as a digital one.
Before you book
If you’re unsure your hair can take it, send it to me first: an online consultation is £9.95, and an in-person one is £74.95.
