By 2012 the best hot-perm thinking was coming out of Seoul: digital perms, setting perms, rebonding, all built around protecting the hair while the heat does the work. So Compton London became the sole UK distributor for CREATE, the Korean company behind it.
The maker: CREATE, Korea, and its professional brand LE’ess (“LE’ESS prestige”). In the UK: Compton London, Zoltan’s distribution company, was CREATE’s sole UK distributor in 2011–12 and supplied UK salons. ATS is the maker’s brand, shown here as history.
